Booking a consult for a colleague
A practitioner account can only book consults and add patients to their own account.
If you wish to book a consult or add patients to one of your colleague's account, then you would need to be added as a clinic admin. Clinic admin accounts are free. You learn more about what clinic admins can do in this guide, and the clinic admin experience in this guide.
We recommend opening 2 browser windows: One regular and one incognito. In the regular browser window, you can sign in as a practitioner to your practitioner account. In the incognito browser window, you can sign in as a clinic admin to your clinic admin account. This way you can easily toggle between the 2 types of accounts depending on what action needs to be taken.
